Introduction:
Human resources management is one of the most important functions and basic pillars in various sectors and institutions. Without it, no establishment, regardless of the size of its activity, can achieve the required competitiveness, not only for survival but for the purpose of progress and expansion. Building a highly efficient and effective workforce is essential to keep pace with the challenges facing business organizations in light of the openness towards an open global economy and the increasing influence of the global market on local economies. The human resources management specialist has a great responsibility to find innovative ways to increase productivity and achieve economic sufficiency and efficiency.

About the Program:
The Human Resources Technology Diploma is designed according to the specializations included in the classification (SASCED-P) with the number (04130201) Business Technology Department in line with the needs of the local labor market for the specialization, as training is provided in technical colleges in five semi-training semesters, each training semester lasting sixteen training weeks, with a total of (1392) training hours, in addition to (280) hours of practical training in the labor market, equivalent to (65) credit hours. Training in this program is provided on specialized skills in: job analysis, human resources planning, recruitment and selection, opinion management, human resources training and development, performance management, human resources training and development, wage and compensation systems management, civil service management, English terms in human resources management, computer applications in human resources management, selected topics in human resources management, in addition to general skills in Islamic culture, Arabic language, English language, mathematics, computer applications, career guidance, excellence, and job behavior. The graduate of this program is awarded an intermediate university degree in the specialization of human resources technology from the Business Technology Department, and it is expected To work in the following fields: Recruitment Coordinator, Human Resources Specialist, Customer Relations Supervisor, Personnel Affairs Specialist, Training Specialist, Job Classification Specialist, Payroll Auditor, Personnel Affairs Supervisor, Payroll Officer, Assistant Human Resources Manager.
Objectives
It aims to qualify the trainee with the basic information and practical skills necessary to practice all aspects of work in the field of human resources management specialization using the latest human resources applications according to contemporary scientific theories and modern work methods and acquire the following:
Organizes the management of human resources business.
Deals with individuals from inside and outside the organization according to sound scientific methods.
Participates in the management of the organization's human resources.
Applies computer applications and programs in human resources using computers.
Distinguishes the basic concepts of total quality management.
Manages work time to ensure its efficient use.
