The training program contains a set of topics presented to the current leader or the new leader by presenting a set of basic skills that must be available in the leader, as well as the personal characteristics of the leader and how they are developed, developed and practiced as leadership behavior, what are the requirements for leadership and how leadership styles are used in different situations, What are the duties of a leader, and an explanation of the arts of leadership and how they are applied in different situations (communication skills of the leader, the art of issuing orders, the art of reprimanding and handling complaints, the skills of providing reward and motivation, the skills of monitoring and punishing, and the skills of integration with leaders others).
